"The Welsh Liberal Democrat priority is to deliver a stronger economy in Anglesey. We need jobs here on the island and we need them fast. Liberal Democrats in Government have helped business create more than a million private sector jobs and are looking to help create a million more. Despite this, sadly, the Welsh Labour Government has allowed Wales' economy to keep falling further behind.
"This election is a referendum on the Welsh Labour Government's record in the National Assembly. After 14 years of continuous Labour rule Wales has a weak economy, underfunded schools and an NHS that costs more but delivers less. That record is one of complete failure and the people of Ynys Môn deserve better.
"For too long the Welsh Labour Government has allowed Ynys Môn to be the forgotten part of Wales - dire ambulance response times highlight this. We consistently have some of the worst response times in Wales, yet still Welsh Labour has done nothing about it. These failings are symptomatic of Labour's failure to protect our Health Service as a whole. A vote for the Welsh Liberal Democrats will put an end to this awful complacency."
